Ards Business Centre is a Company limited by Guarantee and with Charitable Status. It is operational since 1988 and seeks to play its part in Economic Development through implementing the activities of a local enterprise agency. Our contribution to economic development and urban and rural regeneration in the Ards Borough Council area has been widely acknowledged.
Extending the reach of Ards Business Centre beyond Newtownards is a key objective in order to embrace the opportunities for further economic development in the wider Council area. This was reflected in our branding of the three sites as Strangford Park, Nendrum Park and Sketrick House.
Our vision is for ‘Ards Business Centre to be a key driver, working in partnership with others as necessary, in economic regeneration throughout our constituency’.
